Beautiful vintage Italien signed bust of The Madonna with Sacred Heart detail. Santini sculptures are made of moulded marble dust and resin, this one is displayed on a beautiful black and grey marble base. The detail of the work on the hands and face is remarkable.
This sculpture is in very good condition with a little damage to the robe on her right arm and a few darker marks on the statue itself, this doesn't stand out unless you are looking for the fault. Please look closely at the photos and zoom in for further details.
The A.Santini signature is on the back of the bust. Whilst underneath the marble base is the original sticker 'Religious Figure Sculptor A.Santini Made in Italy'.
