Antique 19th century small metal teapot created by George Travis in Sheffield. There is an interesting pattern crest on one side of two lions and a shield with a crown above, on the other side is the Fleur de Lys emblem. The lid has a flower handle and an intricate design.
There is the mark on the underside 'Geo Travis Sheffield - 3236'
Very nice as a decorative piece or as an addition to a collection.
It has a nice aged patina and signs of previous use commensurate with age. Look at all photos for further details of condition.
