Antique 19th century small metal teapot created by Eduard Hueck German the Art Nouveau designer. They are a lovely round shape with wooden handles really embracing the clean Art Deco lines.
Hueck Eduard Metallwarenfabrik - Lüdenscheid
The pewter foundry of Eduard Hueck started in 1814 along side his brothers. They created a factory that specialised in various metal buttons in iron- steel- and brass goods. The company diversified over time. In 1864 the company name was changed to "Eduard Hueck" and it is still in activity today.
Very nice as a decorative piece or as an addition to a collection.
It has a nice aged patina and signs of previous use commensurate with age. The larger teapot has some spill tarnish, this may come out with a more robust silver polish.
